This is the Big Kahuna of wedding packages! The full wedding planning, design and styling package is for couples who would like the lead up to their big day to be completely stress free, leaving time for them revel in the bliss of being engaged. Wedding planning can be stressful, so why not leave it to the experts?
This is a comprehensive package. We’ll plan each and every detail of your memorable wedding from start to finish. We’ll ensure that your unique personalities, style, preferences and ideas are incorporated into the day with those personal touches.
Your wedding day won’t be a recreated version of something you’ve already seen; it will be a unique and jaw-dropping space to reflect you as a couple. Sit back, relax and enjoy the wedding of your dreams!
This package includes an initial conversation to kick start your wedding planning, determine your requirements and discover your personal style, as well as an opportunity to start discussing the requirements of your day.
Choosing the right suppliers is a crucial element of your day. We will share our network of trustworthy suppliers with you. These suppliers will understand your vision. We would book and liaise with the suppliers directly.
Any costs under $500 we can pay on your behalf with immediate reimbursement. For large sums, you can either pay the suppliers directly (on our guidance), and we will advise repayment schedules and reminders. Alternatively, we can provide a list of amounts due, you deposit into the Take A Vow account, and we’ll pay the invoices on your behalf.
From the point of booking to the day itself, there will be a number of emails and visits required with your suppliers, to ensure they understand your vision for the day.

Should you choose to have a website dedicated to your wedding, we will check domain names available, and set up a website for you via SquareSpace. Design and set-up of the site is included in this package, but the continued running cost of the website after 12 months isn’t included.
Imagery and information for the site will be provided by you. Guidance on wording of the site will be provided by Take a Vow.
From the overall theme, colour, design, lighting, decor and style, we will make suggestions and work with you on the complete vision for your perfect day.

We can guide you through the wedding ceremony rehearsal with family & friends. On your wedding day you should be able to relax and enjoy, safe in the knowledge that your ceremony and reception is being set up to your requirements, with creative flair and an eye for detail. We will be there to ensure the day runs smoothly, liaise with guests and deal with any last minute emergencies, should any arise.

Unless noted, travel, flights, accommodation, ferries, parking, tolls, rental cars and expenses are not included. If the venue is located outside of Auckland, mileage to/from Auckland CBD will be charged at .90c per kilometre. This is only charged if driving from Auckland to another city/town or in a location further than an hour from the CBD.

From pricing indicates a wedding of up to 150 guests at a reception venue. Should a marquee or tent set up at a property then additional fees may apply. This is dependent on how many facilities are at the location, how much set up and styling is involved, and how many staff members are required. (See below). Location is also a consideration. To secure your booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately, with 50% balance payable the week of the wedding. All deposits are non refundable.

This is perfect for couples who are happy to partially plan their own wedding but still feel they would like a little guidance and advice from our experienced planner. There may be an area that you are not confident taking on yourself, or feel some professional advice would be valuable. Let us save you valuable time and money and guide you with vendor selection, and customised wedding design.
This service also includes styling and ‘Complete Wedding Day Management’. It’s totally your choice how much or how little help you want – and whatever way you choose, you can expect the same level of care and attention to detail as our full wedding planning clients experience.

Should you require a pack down service (2 hours max) and coordination of vendors to collect hire items prices are calculated as follows:-

A full list of suppliers/vendors must be provided to Take A Vow Weddings FOUR weeks prior to the wedding date. A comprehensive list of styling elements required must be provided FOUR weeks prior to the event.
To secure your booking, a non refundable 50% deposit is due within 7 days of signing the agreement, and the balance is due 7 days prior to the wedding day. Up to 8 hours is included on the day. Additional hours are available at an additional cost.

The Take a Vow example Elopement Package has been designed for couples wanting a no-fuss, intimate wedding day. It includes everything you need for a perfectly planned and styled ceremony, with optional extras to make the reception something extra special. Ask about our elopement packages throughout New Zealand and overseas.
The following items are not included in the Elopement Package. However, we can provide them at an additional cost:
Options to have flowers and/or draping fabric on the archway (additional costs apply). If you are having a bridal party, we can add buttonholes and bouquets, corsages or rose petal baskets for an additional cost.
Florals will be matched to your colour palette and style (depending on what flowers are in season at the time). Should the flowers you choose not be in season they can often be imported at an additional cost. Summer in NZ brings some beautiful florals.
Cake flavour list will be sent to you for your choice. Allergy friendly cakes may incur a slightly higher cost for ingredients.
Should the wooden bench seats, arch and signing table not suit your styling, we can change to match, and will deduct or add appropriate hire costs.
