Part Planning with complete event management

This is perfect for those who are happy to plan their own event or party but still feel they would like a little guidance and advice from our experienced planner. There may be an area that you are not confident taking on yourself, or feel some professional advice would be valuable. Let us save you valuable time and money and guide you with venue and vendor selection, and customised event design.  This service can also include styling and ‘day of’ management.  It’s totally your choice how much or how little help you want – and whichever way you choose, you can expect the same level of care and attention to detail as our full event planning clients experience.

The styling and design package is great for those that want the unique ‘wow’ factor at their event or celebration.

You may have already have an idea of what theme or design you are after and simply need help to tie them together. Alternatively, you may want to discuss different styles and gain professional insight into what can work for your party.

Celebration / Event / Party Day Management

Planned the party and want to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day? We’ll liaise with family, friends, vendors and should any crisis’s occur, we can assure that you won’t even know about it. We’ll run through the event timeline with a ‘fine tooth comb’. Flowers haven’t arrived on time, the DJ falls sick, the chef has a meltdown… Leave it to us! We’ll ensure that all the details you’ve put so much care and attention into runs without a hitch.

Set-up Service

For those that have organised the party or event and needs the hands! We’ll talk with you to create a plan on how you wish to have your party/event area displayed.

We’ll set-up and take care of it the morning of the celebration, leaving you free to get your hair done…
